Most Imp Tip: One should be extremely careful in answering this section as most of the silly mistakes are committed here. Specially in inequality number problems one should always consider the following while asnwering the questions.

  - One should check the following scenarios from -1 to 0 and 0 to -1 and > 1 and < 1.

  - Equality sign changes for negative numbers.

  - Also in inequality problems one should also try to simplify the equation and then proceed.

This section requires conceptual thinking and doesn't expect you to do lengthy calculations.

In Data sufficiency they ask 3 types of questions a specic value, true or false or a range of numbers. Make sure what the question is asking.

Use the following procedure for eliminating the choices.

  - if statement 1 is insufficient then eliminate A and D

  - if statement 1 is sufficient then eliminate C and E

  - if statement 2 is insfficient then eliminate B and D

  - if statement 2 is sfficient then eliminate C and E
